              As I have come to expect, the Service Advisers were courteous and fully explained everything that had to be done. The service was provided in a prompt professional manner and I a completely satisfied. I will continue to use Wiesner's Service Department in the future. Ron King

              I brought my 2013 Hyundai Sonata in May...

              I brought my 2013 Hyundai Sonata in May last year it had about 8,000 miles on as it was used by one of the salespersons. The oil was supposed to have been changed. I brought my car in for a free oil change at 3,000 miles and you were supposed to have changed my oil. At the next 3,000 miles I took it to my own person who regularly changes my oil & service on cars and he showed me my oil. It was burnt and he told me the oil had NEVER been changed. I had to pay to have my oil flushed to get all of the burnt oil out and hopefully it did not damage my motor. I do have pictures of the oil. Anyway, I brought my Sonata in for the Factory Maintenance schedule, I told the person that helped me when I came in and the Manager was very good and apologized for what happen and stated he was not there last year when this happened. He took good care of me. Hopefully everything was done that was listed on my bill. My car was ready when they said it would be. The only problem the car wash was a little sloppy as the wheels were still dirty.

              called and arranged for car to be dropped...

              called and arranged for car to be dropped off for not having any cooling was called the next day with the work needed done told needed a aircleaned filter als air conditioning had a leak and needed a new line would take 2 to 3 days to get the hose. also need to do an aligement tires wearing un even even thoiug thre of the four were new with less tha 5000mile on them when I got the paper bace from the dioneges the tire were listed as good the cabin filter was in yellow and engine filter was in the red not told this. Thursday did not get a call from TOD called Friday morning and hot the cashier who went to great effort to get me information since Tod gh\hjad called in sick Service manager called and updated me also get what else need to be done and then got us a loner since it was going to be into the next week. Thursday tod left a voice mail that the car was done. I call and left a message on his phone around 5:30 that evening did not here from him until Wednesday AM. wife and daughter pick up the cay Wednesday afternoon was met by Cecil Little was greatly impress by his effort.

              I purchased a 2014 Elantra. The salesman, Sami Azzouz, did an excellent job in presenting the vehicle and working with me on a fair price. When I picked the car up, I was pressed for time and he completed all of the paperwork and thoroughly explained the car's features in a very short time. The sales manager and finance person were also quite friendly and helpful.

              Jason McKeever, the internet sales...

              Jason McKeever, the internet sales manager, was such a wonderful and honest person to deal with. As a woman, I was not sure I would be treated fairly and have a great experience dealing with any person who sold vehicles. I was amazed by Jason's honesty and recommendations. He eased my buying experience and made this nearly 70 year old woman have FAITH in buying a car. I would only deal with Jason and recommend Jason to all my friends.               Last week I purchased a new 2014 Hyundai...

              Last week I purchased a new 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. This is the first new vehicle that I personally have purchased in years, and I was a little concerned about the whole process. No worries necessary..all of the staff that I met and worked with were very personable and helpful without being overbearing or pushy. The first was Jamie Vest - Customer Care Specialist who took a lot of time showing & explaining features of different models in the showroom plus going in the rain to bring over a GMC model that I was interested in seeing. Then Ron Clark, my salesman. certainly presents a fine image for your dealership. He was very helpful in all aspects...answering my questions, working to fine tune the contract terms to our mutual satisfaction, helping to set up Blue Link -- Bluetooth, etc. I never felt rushed or pressured to "sign on the dotted line". And, finally, David Runge was also very professional and helpful throughout the final contract signing. This is my first experience with Hyundai, but it is not my first experience with John Wiesner, Inc. My husband and I have purchased new and used Buick vehicles in the past, and we have always been treated well. I highly recommend this dealership and I will get back to you with my opinion of the Hyundai Santa Fe after a few months of driving and of bringing it into your Service Department for maintenance.
