              I did not make an appointment but you took...

              I did not make an appointment but you took me as a walk-in and got me on my way in about an hour and half. The only slightly negative thing I might add is that you all had to order a new visor for the front passenger side of the car and it's been 4 working days and apparently it's not here yet. Not sure as to where it has to come from but that's more of a reflection on the other place than you all. I've had almost all of my vehicle's maintenance done at your facility because you have always been fair, prompt, friendly, and most importantly HONEST ! Thanks, Pam Zapalac

              Staff was great. Quality of work was excellent. Was a little surprised I had to wait a day and a half after I brought it in before they started on it. I guess it's good to be that busy. 2012 Sonata Hybrid

              2010 Santa Fe needed oil change and tire...

              2010 Santa Fe needed oil change and tire rotation. I usually bring it to Hyundai Service Center if I have time. The operative word is "time", because it takes the service guys consistently 1.5 hrs to change the oil and rotate the tires. I can get the same service performed in less than an hour at Advanced Auto Care in The Woodlands, but it's farther from my house. In addition, I was told my cabin air filter was not in good condition and I might want to consider replacing it. I took out the filter when I got home and it needed to be vacuumed very lightly and was good as new. I am glad the service center finished the work I hired them to perform. I just feel it should be completed quicker.

              We purchased a 2014 Tuscon. Not only is this our fourth Hyundai, but our fourth car from Wiesner. We keep coming back because of the overall helpful and courteous service we always receive. This visit Ron Clark and Lauren Wiesner were both very helpful and "down to earth." Thank you!

              We leased a 2014 Genesis from Wiesner. The whole experience was very good. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. Our salesman, Ron Clark, was excellent and very informative and gave us enough information that we could make our final decision on which vehicle we wanted. It was a pleasure dealing with Wiesner Hyundai and its staff.
