              I brought my 2014 sonata in for a new tire...

              I brought my 2014 sonata in for a new tire to replace one that had jus suffered a blowout. The service person could not have been more knowledgeable, helpful or friendly--she was WONDERFUL. I believe that her name was Cindy. She got me what I needed, also told me of a recall that would not go out until September and had that recall item handled as well. I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes for the whole deal. KUDOS TO CINDY (I THINK THAT WAS HER NAME). My best service experience ever.

              You guys do an amazing job. Though I'm curious - why am I getting service reminders from reminding me of service on 9/27? I just serviced my vehicle am I missing something? I am easily confused, is this junk email or did you guys change your name? Not sure why you would change anything - you're perfection!

              My car was towed to the dealer becasue it...

              My car was towed to the dealer becasue it was not running the alternator went out I had also been in the week before for my check engine light I had my car while I was waiting on parts and that is when the alternator went out. I also had my front brakes worked on and know will return back to the dealer because something is rubbing in the front due to this repair that was not there before my repairs were made.

              The blind side detection system was...

              The blind side detection system was working at the time of the service work, but it is failing intermittently prior to bringing in the car. Since it was working while at the dealership, no fault could be found or fixed. Sure enough, on the way back home from the service work, it stopped working again so I will need to return the car...and hopefully it will stay in failure mode so it can be analyzed and fixed.

              I had a 2008 Ford Escape. I went in to see what they could do. I had bought from Wiesners before and both experiences were great. Staff is friendly and helpful. They are very genuine when it comes to sales people. I am no longer buying from another dealership. Thank you for your excellent service and friendliness.

              That lady, service rep Cindy Black, is...

              That lady, service rep Cindy Black, is really top notch ! My AC went out the day before I came in for repairs. On that day, Micheal, a service rep told me there were no loaner vehicles til Monday. I talked to Cindy. She took my vehicle in for repairs immediately and surprised with a loaner car !
